- The Killarney St. Pio Prayer Group will have a blessing with St. Pio’s glove on Monday next the 15th of April after the 7:30 evening Mass in the Church of the Resurrection which is out the Cork Road in Killarney. All are welcome.
- Gala Concert in celebration of the Dominican 800 takes place in Holy Cross Dominican Church, Tralee on Sunday, April 14th, 7pm. Kerry Chamber Choir and Orchestra with guest soloists under the direction of Aidan O’ Carroll perform Handel’s: Ode for St. Cecilia’s Day, Britten’s Hymn to St. Cecilia and Handel’s Messiah (excerpts). Tickets available from Kerry School of Music or the Dominican office or at the door on the night. Suggested donation €20.
- Free Survivorship Programme returns to Dingle. Recovery Haven Kerry are hosting a six-week course to help participants with the transition from active treatment to living well with and beyond cancer. Beginning on April 23rd, the free programme will run at Dingle Primary Care Centre every Tuesday for 6 weeks from 10.30am – 1pm. Please call 066 7192122.
- The Kerry Choral Union Spring concert in aid of Recovery Haven Kerry.
The concert will be at St. Brendans Church, Upper Rock Street, Tralee on Sunday 21st April at 7:30pm. Tickets €10 from the door and available also online: https://register.enthuse.com/…/KerryChoralUnionSpringCo.
- Parish Safeguarding Audit: The Diocesan Safeguarding Committee would like to thank all Parish Safeguarding Representatives, Priests, and Parish Secretaries for taking the time to complete the annual parish safeguarding audit. The results from the audit are included in the most recent safeguarding newsletter which is available on the diocesan website. A special thank you to all involved in establishing these ministries.
